Customer Management Services

Documetric is a technology led Business Process Outsource provider. We deliver transactional and managed services in the areas of finance, back office processes and secure data management. We process over 47 million transaction per annum, with an in year value in excess of £24 billion.

Our Customer Management services are delivered either as a component of a Business Processing service, or as a standalone service. Our core customer management services include:

  • Call Centre – in-bound and out-bound services ranging from executing sales calls on
    behalf of our customers, through to supporting membership and credit card
    application processes
  • Help Desk – providing technical product support either on behalf of our clients to end
    customers, or as an internal operating service for our customers
  • Secure Database Management – providing management and maintenance of
    customers database including all changes in user profiles, creations and deletions
