Documetric successfully migrates Royal Bank of Scotland customers to new Electronic Banking products

After a 5 month transition period, Documetric has completed the final phase of a migration involving more than five thousand Royal Bank of Scotland Group customers to the bank's new range of online banking products.

By combining our Call Centre skills with the expertise of our Technical Help Desk, Documetric has guided the Royal Bank of Scotland Group customers seamlessly through the transition to new services.

This transformation was achieved by working closely with Royal Bank of Scotland Group to fully understand and support their new products before a single customer was contacted.
