Documetric's strengths in BPO, information management, data analytics, contact centre support and hosting services will now be complemented by IE's market-leading digital banking system, NetFinance, and mobile banking platform, IE mobile.

Combined together, Parseq plc will offer an end to end solution to new and existing financial services clients, delivering reduced operational costs, increased operational efficiencies, enhanced customer revenues and greater automation of services through an outsourced model.

Documetric will continue to specialise in payments BPO, processing services for invoices, remittances and applications, contact centre support and information management. The company is PCI and ISO 9001 and 27001 compliant, and holds a niche position in the payments BPO market as one of the ten largest BACS Bureaux in the UK, delivering services on behalf of leading UK banks to SME customers. Its focus on leveraging technology to drive and enhance its business drives ongoing solution development in cheque replacement, business intelligence and image storage.

IE's NetFinance and IE Mobile platforms will deliver a single customer view across all digital channels, fully integrated with back office systems, and supported by innovative features, business intelligence and great design. NetFinance and IE Mobile will offer new and existing financial services clients compelling reasons to buy software, rather than build in-house, by delivering a return on investment within 12 months and a lower total cost of ownership.
